Which species are most suitable for a beginner in poultry farming?

If you want to start keeping poultry, we recommend you to buy a few hens (3-5) from a trusted farm shop and a rooster from a friend.

Then start incubating a few eggs and raising chicks.

If you have any doubts, ask the retailer and the friend who provided you with the cockerel, and gradually you will begin to gain experience.

Always remember that you have to make mistakes in order to learn: when you experience mortalities, don’t be discouraged but learn from your errors.
